The League of Women Voters created a non-profit corporation in 2020 to advance the League’s educational mission.
Its 501(c)3 status means the Education Fund has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt, charitable organization.
The mission of the fund is to educate the public on voting, voting rights and issues that strengthen knowledge of and involvement in representative government.
