From the seasoned politician to the first-time candidate, Florida’s elections laws can be a trap for the unwary. Join a panel of ethics and elections experts who will share their experiences with participants by providing an overview of state and local campaign finance laws, ethical campaign practices, reporting requirements and detail the common pitfalls associated with pursuing public office in the State of Florida. The two-hour webinar will include brief presentations by panelists, followed by an interactive Q&A from the audience to enable candidates to run legal, clean and ethical campaigns.
